HOW TO ORDER YOUR SLATEBOARD
Choose the size you want and add the sticks if you need to use them. We offer the service of customization of the board without the need to buy the clubs, our boards are compatible with the vast majority of clubs of third party brands in the market. Our sticks are handmade one by one with premium wood that guarantees an impeccable finish and sound, try them and you will be surprised.
Once you have placed your order is to provide a sketch or/and a detailed description* of how you would like the board to look. (Email to hello@wannasupplies.com) Any logos/images need to be provided in high resolution (300DPI in PDF, PNG, SVG or AI)
We will send you a custom design from our design team as soon as possible for your approval. This process usually takes one or two business days depending on the complexity of the design. In case you need to make any modifications, please be patient, we will send you the changes as soon as possible. Not included in the cost is; licencing costs if you request a specific font. Complex artwork prep. For example, designing logos or artwork from scratch.
At this point, your design has been approved and is in production. This process can take up to 48 hours if the paint requires it, it needs a curing time to ensure an ideal finish and drying.
Your clapperboard will be packaged and shipped as soon as possible and you will receive it assembled and ready to be used in your productions. If you are in a hurry and need a shorter lead time we can offer you faster solutions at an extra cost, please contact us if you wish.
